ancora Software, a provider of intelligent process automation solutions, announced September 6 that its intelligent data capture solution has been selected by Fox’s, a New York-based women’s designer clothing retailer, to transform its accounts payable process.
Fox’s wanted to incorporate an AP automation solution because the women’s designer clothing retailer was struggling with its current ERP system to accurately track and manage products ordered and received. Furthermore, the goal was to achieve higher accuracy in invoicing and exceptions. The intelligent data capture solution implemented by ancora Software now enables the retailer to process PO and non-PO invoices more accurately and efficiently, automating the AP process.
