IT solutions and services provider Novelis leveraged ABBYY’s portfolio of intelligent automation (IA) solutions to enhance document efficiency and strategic process visibility for several of its European customers. With the expansion of their partnership, ABBYY and Novelis are now looking to bring the success Novelis has achieved in supporting its customers’ intelligent automation initiatives in Europe to the United States.
ABBYY, a leading provider of intelligent process automation solutions, announced March 5 that it has expanded its partnership with IT solutions and services provider Novelis. According to Novelis, ABBYY’s purpose-driven approach to AI and IDP forms the basis of their automation strategies, which they now plan to leverage with this expanded partnership to drive success in the US.
In addition to deploying ABBYY Process Intelligence, Novelis also leveraged ABBYY’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions to streamline data entry for a leading debt management company in France, reducing errors that could delay processes and invalidate claims.
