Klassif.ai unveils Certificate of Analysis automation and provides an outlook for 2025

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klassif.ai has announced a new feature that enables the automated extraction of Certificate of Analysis (COA) data. This latest addition supports the extraction of over 15 critical fields from COAs, including product name, batch/lot number, manufacturer details, test results, and expiration dates. By automating these processes, Klassif.ai helps businesses accelerate COA processing, reduce delivery delays, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Looking ahead to 2025, Klassif.ai is set to deliver further advancements, including new connectors for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and NetSuite, the integration of Anthropic Claude Sonnet 3.5 to leverage advanced LLM capabilities, updated ticketing workflows connecting with Jira, ClickUp and other enterprise tools, and a partnership with Flexso, an SAP implementor.

AIDA unveils latest release with its new AIDA Hub feature

Intelligent Document Processing vendor AIDA has announced the release of AIDA 13, with the introduction of AIDA Hub, a feature designed to centralize and simplify the entire document lifecycle. AIDA Hub aims to serve as a single point of access for document management, integrating multiple sources and automating the classification and separation of files while applying predefined rules for each document type. The solution is further strengthened by integration with AIDA’s data extraction engine, which transforms mixed batches of documents into ready-to-use information and provides a complete and autonomous approach to document processing.

Konfuzio releases the latest version of the Konfuzio Server with advanced AI capabilities (via newsletter)

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Konfuzio has announced the release of the latest version of its Server platform. Building on its previous update, which highlighted the benefits of Containerized AI for scalable and efficient AI model deployment, the latest release extends these advantages to new functionalities. New features include the addition of Containerized Splitting AI, which now supports the containerized format for splitting documents. This innovation aligns with modern AI technology standards while providing scalability and maintainability for document processing workflows. Additionally, Konfuzio has optimized its Categorization AI to deliver more precise results, particularly when differentiating between categories with similar names.

Kodak Alaris wins the 2024 Digital Innovator Award

Intelligent Document Processing provider Kodak Alaris has announced that it has been awarded the 2024 Digital Innovator Award by Intellyx. The analyst firm calls Kodak Alaris “one of the most disruptive and innovative firms in their space”. Bill Galusha, Global Solutions Portfolio Leader at Kodak Alaris, commented: “IDP software is more than just a technology upgrade for businesses, it has become a strategic imperative for any company that expects to compete and thrive in this new age of automation. We are honored by this recognition from Intellyx and believe it will help us reach more business leaders in need of our unique solutions expertise.”

Reveille Software drives strong 2024 momentum with unprecedented growth (via newsletter)

Reveille Software, a provider of management and monitoring solutions for Intelligent Process Automation-based applications, has announced significant growth momentum for 2024, highlighted by a 355% increase in subscription revenue and a 35% year-over-year growth in the last 12 months. In addition to its financial growth, Reveille Software has been recognized as a finalist for the 2024 Intellyx Digital Innovator Award and DM Magazine’s “One to Watch” category. The company has also made strategic hires, including Wayne Ford as Vice President of Corporate Development and Jay Cushman as Services and Support Manager. Reveille Software also unveiled product updates aimed at expanding its capabilities in Intelligent Document Processing, Robotic Process Automation, and ECM monitoring, including an ABBYY integration, a HaloPSA collaboration, the introduction of Reveille Sentry for Microsoft 365 and Teams, and new partnerships with UiPath and Court Square Group.
