Thanks to this strategic partnership, the two companies are bringing together two specialized technologies: AI-powered document analysis from Konfuzio IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and the no-code integration platform Lobster.
Konfuzio, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor (they company behind the IDP software is Helm & Nagel GmbH), announced on January 8, 2025, a strategic partnership with Lobster DATA GmbH, a company that specializes in no-code-based data integration. Together, the two companies aim to support companies across all industries in optimizing their data processes holistically.
Instead of offering companies individual solutions for specific challenges, Konfuzio and Lobster combine their expertise to offer overall concepts that modernize the whole business process. While Konfuzio’s Intelligent Document Processing software handles the preparation of structuring complex, unstructured data (analyzing, classifying, extracting), Lobster takes care of the integration of the data across systems. Thanks to this strategic approach, it is not only easier for companies to understand their data, but also to integrate it easily into their existing IT landscapes.
Konfuzio recently announced the latest version of the Konfuzio Server with advanced AI capabilities, including the addition of Containerized Splitting AI, and the optimization of its Categorization AI to provide more accurate results, especially in distinguishing between categories with similar names.
Headquartered in Asslar, Germany, Konfuzio is an AI-based platform for process optimization and data-based knowledge gain. Konfuzio was developed as Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software by Helm & Nagel GmbH, an international provider of AI and new enabling technologies.
