Just one week after announcing the acquisition of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor Klippa, the German Intelligent Content Automation solutions provider is already announcing the next acquisition, namely the SAP document automation solutions specialist AFI Solutions.
SER Group, an Intelligent Content Automation solutions provider, announced on March 25, 2025, that it has acquired AFI Solutions, a specialist in SAP document automation solutions. With this acquisition, SER Group will leverage AFI Solutions’ SAP offering for purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes and establish a new global SAP Center of Excellence.

Last week, SER Group announced the acquisition of IDP vendor Klippa out of The Netherlands. SER Group will integrate Klippa’s advanced Intelligent Document Processing capabilities into Doxis, its intelligent content automation platform.
