BLP Digital was able to win Canon (Schweiz) AG as a distribution partner for its AI-based ERP process automation solution. With this partnership, the two companies aim to strengthen the innovative power of the Swiss economy so that their customers can counteract the increasing shortage of skilled workers with state-of-the-art technology.
BLP Digital, a provider of an AI-based ERP process automation solution, announced March 2 that it has entered into a strategic partnership with technology and information management company Canon (Schweiz) AG. Through this partnership, Canon (Schweiz) AG integrates BLP Digital’s SaaS solution into its workspace software portfolio as a distributor.
Tim Beck, co-founder and CEO of BLP Digital, commented: “We are pleased to have found an innovative partner in Canon (Schweiz) AG, who sees the added value of our solution. The entire IT industry is in a state of upheaval and we are delighted to be playing a key role in driving the generational change in the ERP environment.”
Michael Maunz, Head of Solution Domain of Canon (Schweiz) AG, further explained: “With BLP Digital’s cloud solution, we can offer our customers another attractive and up-to-date technology and add further sophistication to ERP process automation thanks to artificial intelligence.”
Zurich-based BLP-Digital, a spin-off of ETH Zurich and HSG St. Gallen, has developed a generic AI that fully automates document-based ERP processes in the cloud, such as supplier invoices, order confirmations, delivery bills or customer orders from day one, without ever having seen the documents beforehand.
