As part of this strategic partnership, the two companies are combining Box’s Intelligent Content Management (ICM) platform with DataBank’s deep expertise in process automation, workflow transformation and unstructured data management to help organizations reduce operational costs, automate processes and improve regulatory compliance.
Box, the Intelligent Content Cloud, announced on March, 2025, a strategic partnership with process automation and data solutions provider DataBank IMX. Box and DataBank will leverage their respective products and services to deliver AI-powered solutions that streamline business processes like contract lifecycle management, digital asset management, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
