SmartRead, Cogent Labs’ Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution, has won first place in the AI OCR category of the “BOXIL SaaS Award 2025” by BOXIL, one of the largest SaaS comparison and word-of-mouth sites in Japan.
Cogent Labs, an AI solutions provider, announced on March 4, 2025, that SmartRead, its Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform, won the BOXIL SaaS Award 2025 in the AI OCR category. Furthermore, SmartRead won several categories in the BOXIL SaaS Award Spring 2025, including “Good Service”, “Functional Satisfaction No. 1”, “Service Stability No. 1”, “Usefulness No. 1“, “Ease of Use No. 1” and “Customization No. 1”.
According to Cogent Labs, first place in the AI OCR category for the BOXIL SaaS Award 2025, won by its IDP solution SmartRead, is awarded to the service with the highest total score in each category for new reviews published on BOXIL in the past year. The “Good Service”, “No. 1 in Functional Satisfaction”, “No. 1 in Service Stability”, “No. 1 in Helpfulness”, “No. 1 in Ease of Use” and “No. 1 in Customizability” awards in the AI OCR category in the BOXIL SaaS Award Spring 2025 were given based on the highest overall score (for “Good Service”) and for the highest average score of the five service review categories by word of mouth on BOXIL, respectively.
