Cognizant, a leading services and consulting company, announced July 5 that it has been selected as a strategic technology provider by National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), one of India’s leading public sector general insurance companies.
Through this multi-year mandate, Cognizant, among other things, will support NICL’s technology roadmap by leveraging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation and microservices-based architecture.
Furthermore, Cognizant’s strategy will help NICL improve the customer experience while increasing operational flexibility and efficiency, ensuring financial and regulatory compliance, and driving business growth.
