With this acquisition, the German enterprise software developer will integrate Blumatix’s Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions into its portfolio to offer more comprehensive AI capabilities that drive business value through more efficient and intelligent processes.
Blumatix Intelligence, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor, announced on February 3, 2025, that enterprise software vendor CSS Group has acquired a majority stake in the company. According to CSS, Blumatix will remain an independent organization within the group, with Blumatix Co-Founder and CEO Martin Loiperdinger continuing to lead the company as Managing Director.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
