Datamatics, a Digital Operations, Technology and Experiences company, announced June 27, 2024, that it has been certified with ISO 42001:2023. This is the first international standard on Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS) that provides a well-defined path and structured method for managing AI initiatives, focusing on risk mitigation and process efficiency.
According to the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) provider, the company is among the first globally to achieve ISO 42001:2023 certification for implementing an AIMS framework to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve AI initiatives.
