ABBYY relocates its global headquarters to Austin and strengthens its leadership team with CCO, VP Customer Experience and VP Engineering
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced that it has relocated its global headquarters from Milpitas, California to Austin, Texas as part of a broader transformation. ABBYY’s office in Milpitas will remain open. ABBYY also announced the appointment of Roman Kilun as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to ensure that the company maintains a comprehensive compliance program across global operations. In addition to his role as CCO, Kilun will continue to serve as ABBYY’s Corporate Counsel, a position he has held for nearly 15 years. Furthermore, ABBYY announced the appointment of Hopeful Owitti as Vice President of Customer Experience and Nick Hyatt as Vice President of Engineering. Ulf Persson, CEO at ABBYY, commented: “ABBYY has empowered thousands of organizations worldwide to digitally transform their business with purpose-built AI for intelligent automation. Indico Data forms Insurance Industry Advisor Network to support its efforts in delivering AI-powered solutions to insurance providers
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Indico Data has announced that it has formed an Insurance Industry Advisor Network. With this strategic initiative, initially consisting of eight industry veterans, Indico Data aims to strengthen its position in the commercial insurance sector. In addition, Indico Data announced the appointment of David Laker, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Guidewire, as a Board Observer. Tom Wilde, CEO of Indico Data, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome such an esteemed group of industry leaders to our advisor network. Their collective experience and insights will be critical in guiding our efforts to deliver innovative AI solutions that empower our insurance customers to achieve superior outcomes. Appian, Cortical.io, expert.ai and Quantiphi among FinTech Global’s InsurTech100 2024
FinTech information services provider FinTech Global has released its seventh annual InsurTech100 2024, recognizing the 100 most innovative InsurTech companies. According to FinTech Global, this year’s list features companies that are not only tackling the industry’s most pressing challenges, but are also using cutting-edge technology to reshape the way insurers operate and engage with their customers. With Appian, Cortical.io, expert.ai and Quantiphi, the list also includes four Intelligent Document Processing providers.
DOConvert with its latest release V2.1-4-Omer
Intelligent Document Processing vendor DOConvert has announced its latest release, V2.1-4-Omer, which includes automatic classification of every document entering the platform (via API, email, Secure File Transfer Protocol, upload), intelligent document search (with context-relevant results), intelligent splitting of documents and email notifications of document errors.
Datamatics recognized with Circle of Excellence awards for Technology Company of the Year and IT-BPM Tech-Blazer of the Year
Intelligent Document Processing provider Datamatics has announced that it has been honoured with the Circle of Excellence Award for Technology Company of the Year and IT-BPM Tech Blazer of the Year at the Asia CEO Awards 2024.
Nanonets receives 12 G2 Fall 2024 badges
Intelligent Document Processing provider Nanonets has announced that it has been awarded 12 badges in the G2 software marketplace for Fall 2024. Key badges include, among others, ‘Leader in Europe, Asia Pacific, and EMEA OCR’, ‘Leader in Mid-Market OCR’, and ‘Best Estimated ROI in Mid-Market’. Crawford Technologies receives Net Promoter Score of +81
Software solutions and services provider Crawford Technologies has announced that it has received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +81. NPS is a key indicator of a high level of customer satisfaction, and according to Bain & Company, the creators of the metric, a score of +80 or higher is considered a top score. Ernie Crawford, CEO and President of Crawford Technologies, explained: “For Crawford Technologies, the Net Promoter Score we achieve has never been just a number. We see it as a reflection of our dedication to customer satisfaction and positive outcomes. Our NPS ranking helps us gauge how we’re doing, what our customers think about us and what we can do to keep improving.
