Two Intelligent Document Processing providers strengthen their leadership teams: Datamatics appoints three independent non-executive Directors to its Board, and KnowledgeLake promotes its VP of Sales to CRO

Digital Technologies, Operations, and Customer Experiences provider Datamatics has announced three independent non-executive strategic Board appointments to drive the company’s growth and innovation: Kanika Mittal (effective since Septembe 22, 2024) brings over two decades of experience in digital, technology, retail, and consumer goods; Dr. Avnish Kshatriya (effective November 5, 2024) brings nearly three decades of diverse global experience as a Business Technologist and CXO Advisor working with more than 30 Fortune-500 clients across India, the US, the UK, and Europe across industry verticals; and last but not least, Himanshu Verma (effective November 5, 2024) brings more than three decades of executive and operational leadership experience to Datamatics. Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman and CEO of Datamatics, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Kanika Mittal, Dr. Avnish Kshatriya, and Himanshu Verma to our Board. Their diverse expertise and experience will play an important role in guiding our strategic direction and advancing our long-term growth initiatives.” Elsewhere, Intelligent Document Processing vendor KnowledgeLake has announced the promotion of Russell Malz from Vice President of Sales (the role he held for the past year) to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this new position, Malz will lead global sales, strategic partnerships and customer success initiatives, and drive KnowledgeLake’s overall growth and market expansion. Ron Cameron, CEO of KnowledgeLake, commented: “Russ has been an indispensable force on our leadership team over the past year. Tungsten Automation releases the latest version of TotalAgility

Intelligent workflow automation solutions provider Tungsten Automation has announced the release of TotalAgility 8.1, the latest version of its AI-powered workflow automation platform. Key features of TotalAgility 8.1 include optimization of intelligent process and AI agent creation, Copilot and generative AI enhancements. TotalAgility 8.1 also improves its IDP and data extraction capabilities and provides additional pre-trained extraction models for KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and logistics forms. Tom Coppock, Senior Product Management Director at Tungsten Automation commented: “TotalAgility’s ability to rapidly create intelligent processes and agents combining generative AI, RPA bots, integration connectors, and human-in-the-loop governance is a game-changer for businesses looking to automate complex workflows.From customer onboarding to digital mailrooms, TotalAgility 8.1 allows organizations to quickly configure and deploy AI-driven processes, helping them stay competitive in today’s fast-paced market.”

Nanonets joins forces with Credex Technology to expand presence across North America, EU and APAC

Intelligent Document Processing provider Nanonets has announced a strategic partnership with digital transformation consultancy Credex Technology. Under this partnership, the two companies will focus primarily on providing end-to-end consulting services for intelligent document processing implementation, delivering market-specific solutions that meet unique regional requirements and provide enhanced local support and expertise in North America, Europe and APAC markets. Sarthak Jain, CEO at Nanonets, commented: “This partnership with Credex Technology marks a significant expansion of our market presence and consulting capabilities. By combining our AI-powered document processing platform with Credex’s digital transformation expertise, we’re not just offering technology – we’re providing comprehensive business solutions that drive real value across markets.”

Klippa wins ‘One to Watch: Product’ at the 2024 Document Manager Awards and is recognized by Deloitte as one the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klippa has announced that it has won the 2024 ‘One to Watch’ DM Award for DocHorizon, its IDP platform. Jeroen Kant, CCO at Klippa, commented: “This recognition highlights the innovation and impact of our solution, and we couldn’t be prouder of the entire team behind it. It was even more special to celebrate this achievement with some of our amazing partners at last evening’s event. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this possible — here’s to continued success together!” On top of that, Klippa announced that the company was recognized by Deloitte as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Netherlands for the third year in a row, this year with a growth rate of 585%.

Hyperscience announces availability of Hypercell for GenAI on Google Cloud Marketplace

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Hyperscience has announced that Hypercell for GenAI, its AI infrastructure platform that securely develops proprietary GenAI models to transform critical business processes, is now available on the Google Cloud Marketplace, which helps customers modernize their back office operations.
