Klippa announces strategic partnership with EqualityIT to bring its IDP platform to Brazil
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Klippa has announced a strategic partnership with Brazilian consulting company EqualityIT, which specializes in enterprise platforms and custom software solutions. Through this partnership, the two companies will combine EqualityIT’s extensive knowledge of the local Brazilian market with Klippa’s IDP platform, DocHorizon, to help organizations reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy and accelerate digital transformation. KnowledgeLake and Onsite Management Group join forces to modernize enterprise mailroom operations
Intelligent Document Processing vendor KnowledgeLake has announced a partnership with Onsite Management Group (OMG), a veteran-owned provider in managed mailroom and print services. Thanks to this partnership, OMG integrates KnowledgeLake’s IDP solutoon into its mailroom automation platform UbiMAIL. By combining OMG’s expertise in enterprise mail services along with KnowledgeLake’s next-gen IDP solution, the two companies aim to bring AI-driven automation to enterprise mailrooms and change the way organizations process incoming mail. Ron Cameron, CEO of KnowledgeLake, commented: “This collaboration is about unlocking the future of digital mailroom operations. Parascript joins forces with Endurance Italia to improve its check fraud detection solutions in Europe
Intelligent Document Processing provider Parascript has announced a strategic partnership with IDP vendor Endurance Italia. Through this partnership, the two companies will work closely together to provide comprehensive solutions that address fraud prevention challenges. Riccardo Di Mambro, Chief Operating Officer of Endurance Italia, commented: “We chose to partner with Parascript to enhance our ability to help organizations respond to customer needs more effectively by incorporating fraud prevention protocols, check fraud detection, and signature verification into our Intelligent Document Recognition framework.”
Cogent Labs wins BOXIL SaaS Award 2025 in the AI OCR category
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Cogent Labs has announced that SmartRead, its IDP solution has won first place in the AI OCR category of the “BOXIL SaaS Award 2025” by BOXIL, one of the largest SaaS comparison and word-of-mouth sites in Japan. Furthermore, SmartRead won several categories in the BOXIL SaaS Award Spring 2025, including “Good Service”, “Functional Satisfaction No. 1”, “Service Stability No. 1”, “Usefulness No. 1“, “Ease of Use No. 1” and “Customization No. 1”.
Alkymi recognized in the 2025 DiligenceVault InvestTech Map

DeepOpinion appoints Kedar Dani as its new Managing Director Americas
Intelligent Document Processing vendor DeepOpinion has announced that it has appointed Kedar Dani as its new Managing Director Americas. Kedar Dani brings nearly three decades of experience in scaling organizations at the intersection of automation, AI, SaaS and BPO and has held leadership positions at major companies such as EXL, Capgemini and UiPath. Most recently, he served as Global VP at UiPath.
