Hypatos and xSuite join forces to provide smarter AI solutions
Intelligent Document Processing vendor Hypatos and software manufacturer and workflow solutions provider xSuite have announced a strategic partnership. Thanks to this partnership, xSuite will integrate Hypatos’ IDP capabilities (initially focusing on invoice processing) into its solutions, while Hypatos will incorporate xSuite’s SAP-integrated workflows into its portfolio, thus offering a more comprehensive automation suite. Dr. Uli Erxleben, Founder and CEO of Hypatos, explained: “xSuite and Hypatos are a perfect match, as we both focus on SAP-integrated solutions for similar customer segments. Even before this partnership, we served many of the same clients, making this collaboration a natural fit. With xSuite’s workflow solutions powered by our AI, our customers will benefit from an unmatched level of automation and efficiency.” Matthias Lemenkühler, CPO and CTO at xSuite, commented: “Extending our portfolio with Hypatos‘ AI capabilities significantly enhances automation for our customers, particularly in invoice processing. Since Hypatos’ AI components are based on large language models, we anticipate substantial improvements in document recognition accuracy, ultimately creating a faster and more seamless workflow for our users.”
ABBYY opens new AI Labs in the US, India and Hungary
Intelligent Document Processing vendor ABBYY has announced the opening of new AI Labs in the United States, India and Hungary to build innovative solutions that are more developer-friendly and accelerate the creation of secure new apps. With that, ABBYY aims to accelerate the development of purpose-built AI for IDP and process automation to maintain its leadership position in the intelligent process automation market. Patrick “PJ” Jean, Chief Technology and Product Officer at ABBYY, explained: “All too often we hear from customers that they are missing ROI targets and needing to adjust expectations due to hallucinations, unpredictability, and costly models. Our focus at the AI Labs is predictability, compliance, and effectiveness, making it easier for developers to consume document AI and deliver value to their organizations faster.”
Ripcord announces a strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies
Intelligent Document Processing provider Ripcord has announced a strategic partnership with software company Palantir Technologies. Through this partnership, Ripcord will combine its AI-driven robotic digitization with Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to jointly enable organizations to seamlessly extract, analyze, and act on their data. Sam Fahmy, CEO of Ripcord, commented: “There is a goldmine of data trapped in documents. Our partnership with Palantir will allow organizations to combine Ripcord’s robotic digitization with Palantir’s leading edge AIP to unlock the massive value inherent in their own records, leading to significant progress in business, government, and society.”
Expert.ai launches EidenAI Suite and also announces new key appointments
Intelligent Document Processing provider expert.ai has announced the launch of EidenAI Suite, integrating advanced technologies in a modular and flexible suite. Dario Pardi, Chairman and CEO of expert.ai, commented: “Today we are excited to introduce the EidenAI Suite, a key milestone in the evolution and transformation journey we embarked on a year ago to strengthen the strategic positioning of expert.ai. We have designed our solutions tailored to meet the specific challenges and opportunities of each vertical sector, with a single goal: to put the customer at the center. We believe that our vertical solutions can support companies in addressing the complexities of the market, helping them maximize success and satisfaction.” In addition, expert.ai has announced the appointment of two new Senior VP Sales in North America and Northern Europe to support its growth objectives: Jeff Sondak will lead sales in North America and Andrea Ricotti, former VP Channel Development EMEA, will lead sales in Northern Europe.
UST expands its presence in India with a new office in Pune
Digital transformation solutions provider UST has announced the opening of a new office in Pune, further strengthening its presence in India. Alexander Varghese, Chief Operating Officer of UST, commented: “We are excited to inaugurate our new office space in Pune, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth in India. Through these strategic expansions, we are planning to scale our operations significantly, aligning with business needs and market opportunities in digital transformation. Our focus is on building a strong talent base, business consulting pipeline, strategic partnerships, and expanding infrastructure to support our growing teams in AI, Design, and Engineering.”
KMWorld publishes its ‘100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management 2025’, featuring several IDP providers
Publisher KMWorld has released its list of ‘100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management 2025’. KMWorld wrote: “The importance of innovation and creativity in KM cannot be overstated. In many respects, AI and other emerging technologies have cemented the importance of KM within organizations, making KM a “must have” rather than a “nice-to-have” vehicle for knowledge sharing and organizational success.” This year’s ‘100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management 2025’ also include IDP providers ABBYY, Appian, Automation Anywhere, expert.ai, Kodak Alaris, OpenText, Tungsten Automation and UiPath.
