AIDA introduces its latest solution to transform healthcare document management

Intelligent Document Processing vendor AIDA has announced its latest innovation, a solution designed to transform document management in the healthcare sector. Key benefits of the solution include the digitization and automation of key tasks such as patient intake and insurance claims management (forms and insurance applications are processed automatically), the simplification of contract management, regulatory documents and licenses (AIDA also automates documentation and tracking of medical devices in logistics), and better access to healthcare information in general (thanks to AIDA’s Knowledge Graph, which automatically links medical reports, medical histories, prescriptions and insurance documents). Alex Earl, Chief Commercial Officer at AIDA, commented: “Our latest newsletter highlights the value AIDA brings to our clients in the healthcare sector including improved inventory and supply chain management of medical devices as well as, let’s not forget, faster invoicing! And with AIDA Form, clinics can manage patient visits and data much more efficiently.”

Rossum is ranked #2 in the ‘The Top 25 AI Companies of 2025’

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Rossum has announced that it has been named #2 in ‘The Top 25 AI Companies of 2025’ by market research company The Software Report. According to The Software Report, the honorees were selected based on their industry expertise and overall contribution to AI and the markets they serve. Rossum wrote: “This recognition is a testament to the power of our technology, the brilliance of Team Rossum, and the trust of our incredible customers who are reimagining what’s possible with AI agents. Veryfi is named #1 ‘Receipt Scanner App of 2025’ by Forbes

Intelligent Document Processing vendor Veryfi has announced that it has been named #1 Receipt Scanner App of 2025 by Forbes. Forbes has recognized Veryfi as the “most accurate receipt-scanning API”. Forbes wrote: “We tested eight of today’s most popular receipt scanning platforms, scoring and comparing them based on their value, features, pros and cons. Veryfi is our top choice overall due to its high-accuracy receipt scanning API.” Dmitry Birulia, Co-Founder at Veryfi, commented: Awesome to see Forbes ranking Veryfi the #1 Receipt Scanner App of 2025!” Congrats team Veryfi!

Square 9 Softworks and Konica Minolta expand their relationship into an exclusive partnership

Intelligent automation solutions provider Square 9 Softworks has announced that it has expanded its long-standing relationship with Konica Minolta into an exclusive partnership. This announcement follows Konica Minolta’s recent launch of BlueIrisIQ, a newly created business unit designed to drive market growth in content and information management. Through this exclusive partnership, the two companies will combine Square 9’s AI automation tools with Konica Minolta’s dedicated delivery engine and aim to be at the forefront of AI-driven automation. Stephen Young, Co-Founder, President and CEO of Square 9 Softworks, commented: “Konica Minolta has risen to become one of Square 9’s most elite partners.  Crawford Technologies looks back on a successful Industry Summit

Software solutions and services provider Crawford Technologies has reported a successful sixth annual Industry Summit held April 3-4 in Chicago. The summit, which was aimed at professionals from industries such as healthcare, finance and insurance, telecommunications, government and the providers that serve these industries, was attended by 84 people from 37 companies. Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, commented: “Hosting our first in-person Industry Summit was an exciting milestone. It allowed us to bring together customers and industry experts to dive deep into the current and future state of document strategies in customer communications.
