The Dutch Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor, founded in 2015, has been acquired by German intelligent content solutions provider SER Group. With this acquisition, SER Group will integrate Klippa’s advanced IDP capabilities into its intelligent content automation platform Doxis to even better support customers in their digital transformation journey.
Klippa, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor, announced on March 18, 2025, that it has been acquired by intelligent content solutions provider SER Group. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Just over a week ago, Klippa announced a strategic partnership with Brazilian consulting company EqualityIT. The goal of this partnership is to combine Klippa’s IDP platform DocHorizon with EqualityIT’s extensive knowledge of the local Brazilian market to help companies reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy and accelerate digital transformation.
