In its latest report, Zinnov Zones for Intelligent Automation (IA) Platforms – H1 2023, management consulting firm Zinnov positions Kofax as a market leader in both Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Intelligent Automation (IA).
Kofax, an intelligent automation solutions provider, announced March 31 that it has been named a market leader for Intelligent Automation (IA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) by global management consulting firm Zinnov.
To assess the companies’ positioning, Zinnov collected a range of data on scalability (i.e. financial health, depth of customer penetration, platform funding, and partner channel strength) and prowess (i.e. capabilities across the IDP stack, market visibility, pricing and deployment model, and business model).
Last year, Kofax first acquired Tungsten Network to offer its customers even more comprehensive invoice processing and accounts payable automation solutions. Then, two months later, Kofax also acquired IDP vendor Ephesoft, expanding its position in the intelligent automation software market and further enhancing its Intelligent Document Processing capabilities.
