This year, 2023, OpenText was named a Star (Leader) for the sixth consecutive year by analyst firm Infosource in its annual Global Capture & IDP Vendor Matrix Report.
OpenText, a leader in enterprise information management with its Capture and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, announced March 21 that it has been named a leader by Infosource. Last week, the analyst firm released its 2023 Global Capture & IDP Vendor Matrix report, ranking 20 Capture and IDP software vendors.
Infosource evaluated the vendors based on strategy and capabilities, as well as execution in the market. Thereby, Infosource considered, among other factors, applied intelligence, capabilities in areas such as cloud services and multi-channel input, as well as the vendor’s vision for end-to-end automation.
