ProcessMaker appoints new CFO to accelerate financial growth

With the appointment of Krishna Vallabhaneni as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and his more than fifteen years of experience in high technology start-ups and enterprises, ProcessMaker aims to further drive its growth in the business process automation market.

ProcessMaker, a business process automation (BPA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions provider, announced on August 7, 2024, that it has appointed Krishna Vallabhaneni as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. With this appointment, ProcessMaker aims to accelerate its financial growth.

Krishna Vallabhaneni has held senior finance positions at United Airlines, EY, Revel Systems and CLEAR, among others, and joins ProcessMaker from GRIN, where most recently served as Vice President of Finance.

In April, ProcessMaker announced the acquisition of process intelligence company Workfellow, which had to file for bankruptcy two months earlier.

Headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, ProcessMaker provides business process automation (BPA) solutions, including its Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution, to digitally transform companies’ core business processes, enabling faster decision making, improved compliance and better performance.
