Rossum launches latest version of its AI engine: Aurora 1.5

In addition to Rossum Aurora 1.5, which offers instant learning for 276 languages, handwriting support and four times faster processing time for documents with more than 100 pages, the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) provider also announced Rossum Copilot, which allows users to easily define data transformations using natural language commands, making document automation more accessible across the enterprise.

Rossum, an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor, announced on October 29, 2024, that it has launched Rossum Aurora 1.5, the latest version of its next-gen AI engine. In addition, Rossum has introduced Copilot, which allows users to define data transformations in natural language.

Following the launch of Rossum Aurora 1.0 in January this year, the IDP provider is expanding the platform’s instant learning capabilities with Rossum Aurora 1.5, which now supports over 270 languages, including handwritten documents. In addition, Rossum Aurora 1.5 is now able to process documents with more than 100 pages four times faster than before.

Tomas Gogar, CEO of Rossum, commented: “Rossum Aurora 1.5 & Copilot marks a quantum leap in what our AI can achieve for end-to-end document automation. With this release, we further enhance our transactional LLM, empowering global enterprises to scale their automation efforts across new languages, regardless of document volume. What truly excites me is how Rossum Copilot represents the future of human-AI collaboration, making complex tasks as natural as having a conversation. We’re excited to see how this update empowers our customers to maximize efficiency with minimal IT overhead and achieve return on automation faster.”

Based in London and Prague, Rossum is an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) vendor offering Rossum Aurora, a transactional document automation platform based on its proprietary Transactional Large Language Model (T-LLM), which enables high accuracy and efficiency in document processing.
