Through this technology partnership and the integration of Inspektlabs, TCG Process adds advanced AI image and video analysis to DocProStar’s claims processing capabilities, enabling insurers to streamline claims processing.
TCG Process, an intelligent process automation company with DocProStar, its flagship product that includes Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), announced January 4 a technology partnership with computer vision technology platform Inspektlabs. Together, the two companies aim to take claims processing to the next level thanks to automated AI image and video analysis.
Inspektlabs uses AI to analyze photos and videos of damaged vehicles, enabling quicker automation of claims assessments as well as better fraud detection. By adding Inspektlabs capabilities to DocProStar, TCG Process increases the platform’s efficiency to comprehensively automate claims processes.
